The essentials of how buying and receiving CS2 skins on RushLayer works. 18+ only.
Delivery via Steam trade offer
Purchased skins are delivered to your linked Steam account as a Steam trade offer. You must accept the trade offer in Steam to receive your item.
A tradeable Steam account is required
You must have a valid, linked, tradeable Steam account with the Steam Mobile Authenticator enabled to receive skins. If your account cannot receive trades (for example, no mobile authenticator, an active trade hold, or trading otherwise restricted), delivery will fail and the purchase is refunded.
Automatic full refund on failed delivery
If an item cannot be delivered for any reason, your wallet is automatically refunded in full. You are only ever charged for items that are successfully delivered.
Third-party sourcing and availability
Skins are sourced from third-party marketplaces. Listings can be delisted or become unavailable at any time, and we make no guarantee that any specific item will remain available. If a listing is pulled before delivery, the purchase is refunded and you can choose another.
Pricing
Displayed prices are final and already include all fees. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged to your wallet.
Availability
The skins marketplace is 18+ and is not available in all regions. Where it is unavailable, access is restricted.
