Privacy Policy

What we collect

RushLayer uses Plausible, a privacy-first analytics product that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not identify individual users. Plausible collects aggregated page-view counts, referrers, countries, devices, and a few custom events (for example, whether a CTA was clicked).

We set one technical cookie, geo, which stores only a country (and, for Canada, a province). It is used to decide whether to show the site to you and which minimum-age text to display. It contains no identifiers.

We also use a browser localStorage entry to remember that you've confirmed your age so that you don't see the age gate on every visit. This is stored on your device and never sent to us.

What we do not collect

• No personal information, emails, or accounts. We don't offer any.
• No tracking cookies, pixels, or ad networks.
• No cross-site identifiers, fingerprints, or "anonymous" IDs.
• No financial data whatsoever.

Third parties

If you click an outbound affiliate link, you leave RushLayer and enter Gamdom.com, whose own privacy policy applies from that point forward. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices.

Your rights

Because we don't store personal data, there is nothing to request, delete, or port. If this changes in the future we'll update this policy.
