Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
RushLayer.com is an independent crypto-casino comparison publication. This policy explains the very little we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and the choices you have. The short version: we run no user accounts, store no personal data, and use no tracking cookies or ad networks.
What we collect
We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics product that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not identify individual users. Plausible collects aggregated page-view counts, referrers, countries, devices, and a few custom events (for example, whether a call-to-action was clicked). All of it is anonymous and reported only in aggregate — we cannot tie any of it back to a person.
We set one technical cookie, geo, which stores only a country (and, for Canada, a province). It is used to decide whether to show the site to you and which minimum-age text to display. It contains no identifiers.
We also use a browser localStorage entry to remember that you've confirmed your age, so you don't see the age gate on every visit. This is stored on your device and never sent to us.
What we do not collect
- No personal information, emails, or accounts. We don't offer any.
- No tracking cookies, pixels, ad networks, or retargeting.
- No cross-site identifiers, device fingerprints, or "anonymous" IDs.
- No financial or payment data whatsoever.
Data retention
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing about you for us to retain. Plausible's aggregated, anonymous statistics are kept only for our own reporting and are not linked to any individual.
Third parties
When you click an outbound affiliate link you leave RushLayer and enter the operator's own site. From that point forward, that operator's privacy policy and data practices apply — we do not control them and are not responsible for them. We add a query parameter to outbound links so we can measure which of our pages sent you; it carries no personal data. See our affiliate disclosure for how those links work.
Age and children
RushLayer is an 18+ site (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age — which is straightforward here, because we collect no personal information from anyone.
Your rights and choices
Because we don't store personal data, there is nothing to access, request, delete, or port. You can block the geo cookie and analytics entirely in your browser or with a content blocker, and the site will still work. If our practices ever change, we'll update this policy first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where significant, noted on the page.
